Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Student cannot withdraw His/her admission after the date of commencement of course/program enrolled. If He/she withdraws admission after the date of commencement He/she shall pay full fees of the ongoing Academic Year.

Student can raise a request to withdraw His/her admission by submitting a written application in Admin Department or also can send an email on [email protected]

IIAE runs under Empire Education Society Trust therefore, the decision on your request to withdraw the admission will be made after the discussion of Honorable Board of Directors & the Trust Members in the weekly meeting. So we request the applicant/parent to be patient until the final decision gets conveyed.

The decision process might take a turnaround time of 7-14 working days. The decision made by the Hon’ble Board of Directors & Trust members will be fair (without any discrimination) & final for all.

Refund Policy:

*Admission/Registration fee is non-refundable/non-transferable in any case.

If He/she cancels His/her admission after the commencement of course, following scheme will be adopted for refund of Tuition Fees as per Savitribai Phule Pune University circular PGS/676.

Note: Any miscellaneous fees paid in part/full like Books & Uniform/MRO Training fee/Hostel fee/Mess fee will be non-refundable/non-transferable in any case.

*In case of refund, a cheque will be issued in the name of applicant within 15 days from the date of final decision of higher authorities.
