HOW TO ENROLL

Admission Procedure

  • Admission to the course shall be on the basis of “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE”. Entrance Exam is conducted in Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering college Campus Based on 12th Std Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Comprehensive English Essay in 30 Min.
  • Applications for admission are made available in the prescribed form along with the prospectus at the institute. Eligible candidates seeking admission to course should submit their application forms, complete in all respect, together with necessary documents to the institute.
  • Foreign national and NRI candidates seeking admission for the course should submit the necessary security clearance document from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India through DGCA.
  • Any incomplete application and/ or not accompanied with the prescribed documents shall not be considered for admission. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board indicating the date of interview.
  • ⦁ Distant students shall be intimated by letter. Candidates failing to report on scheduled date & time, will lose the claim for admission and the seat will be offered to the next candidate on the merit list.
    After scrutiny of documents and fees amount paid, Admission Letter will be issued to the individual.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

The students shall fill the application and submit the form along with the requisite fee in the form of DD/Cash/UPI/NEFT/RTGS/Online Net Banking for prospectus and application form or Duly filled form along with admission fee and the required documents have to be submitted to the institute or the candidates can also send the duly filled form along with the requisite fee (Cheque/Demand Draft only) by post/courier to the institute or The form can be downloaded from the website and a duly filled form can be sent back to the institute through mail. The requisite fee can be paid by Bank Transfer of NEFT.

OFFLINE PROCEDURE :

Visit along with all original certificate mention below and registration fee 20,500/- ONLINE PROCEDURE Send all documents soft copy of 10th/12th mark sheet, Certificate, E-Aadhar copy, Leaving certificate, Mail id, Proper Address and Screenshot of registration fee payment in our mail id I what's app.

Admission confirmation will be sent to the candidate by post I email I by hand (if the candidate or his representative personally visits IIAE) On receiving admission confirmation, the student shall pay the applicable fee for 1st semester as per fee structure In case admission is not granted due to avoidable reasons the fee will be refunded after deducting processing charges
