Discussions with the senior professionals and experienced aviation background peoples in 21 st century he contributed need for having a skilled and quality aviation college for the young aspirants of the country and producing skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers at the doorstep of India which was one of the most beautiful idea of the century and this idea came in the form of Empire Education Society trust started by Mr. F.S. Giri in 2008 later on efforts were made to become and remain the first choice of student and Aviation Industry by establishing Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering in the year 2010 approved by Director General of Civil Aviation(Ministry of Civil Aviation) Govt. of India to impart theoretical and practical training and shape the future carrier as a perfect AME, realizing the dream come true.
