AVIONICS LABS (ES-IS-RN)

. A modern Electrical / Instrument/ Radio Navigation lab having, a high configuration equipments for imparting practical training to the students.

. Our labs are equipped with various airborne equipments like weather radar system, auto-pilot, cockpit voice recorder, ATC transponder etc. for making conversant with the actual aviation knowledge.

. The institute is having spacious rooms consisting with appropriate assemblies and components, spares & tests Equipment’s demonstration mock-ups of aircraft systems and actual working models, charts and diagrams for practical training.

COMPUTER LAB

The institute is having high configuration computers in the lab equipped with multi-operating systems and various software programs as an aid to modern teaching by way of simulation and computer based training.

Also 24 x 7 internet facility is available in the institute.

WORKSHOPS AND LABS
Since this course is a practical oriented the institute has workshops and labs namely machine shop, fitting shop, welding shop, electrical lab, instrument lab, and radio navigation lab. Each one is well equipped with tools, machinery, and equipments to impart basic practical training on the subject.
CLASSROOMS
We have classrooms that are properly lighted, well ventilated, fully furnished, and free from any noise. Each classroom is spacious to accommodate more than 30 students in each. We also have projector, hang-on study diagrams and charts.
LIBRARY

Library is a mirror that reflects the image of the training institute.

Our institute contains all books required for AME course, perhaps additional reference books. The institute also subscribes numerous journals and magazines on the subject, helps updating knowledge with latest news and technological developments in aviation industry.

To use library facility and refer books, each student is provided with a library card. One can borrow book (s) for a limited period as per the library rules.

AIRCRAFT HANGER

The institute is having its own Heavy Aircraft “Lear Jet – 24 B” and Hanger equipped with all facility

TECHNICAL VISITS

It is compulsory to attend technical visit, if arranged by the institute. Such visits are arranged with the organizations, having large aircrafts, in order to acquire practical knowledge and familiarize with the complex systems like Radio Navigation systems, Instrument System & control, electricity generation and it distribution, emergency power supply system, electronic flight Instrument system, pressurization and air conditioning system, etc.

. Student’s technical visits are arranged regularly for the technical and practical support to their studies.

. Practical education through seminars, industrial training & visits to aviation establishments are conducted annually.
PROJECT WORK BY STUDENTS

Technical Projects of Aviation is the science, skill and profession of applying scientific, economic, social and practical knowledge in order to design and build structures, machines, devices, systems and processes. In the field of Aviation Engineering, the study and practice of engineering helps in developing work culture and ethics amongst the students.

AERO-MODELING CLUB

. What is aircraft and how it flies is an important concept for the aircraft maintenance engineers and this can e best understood if one fabricates assembles the model aircraft.

. In most developed countries, many new ideas and concepts originate with small aircraft which are often built by the non-professional designer, flyer, and aero-modelers.

. We, in his aero-modeling club, provide a platform and opportunity to the students to share their ideas and assist in making new dimension in the field of aviation technology.

HOSTEL AND MESS FACILITIES

. Separate hostel facility for both boys and girls

. The rooms are specious, properly ventilated and provided with fans, tube lights and required furniture.

. Hostel fees shall be Rs. 32,000/- per annum.

Note: All disputes are subjected to Pune jurisdiction only.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Highly skilled and knowledgeable Instructors are guiding the students in their course program and assisting them to solve the problems pertaining to the study. Courses are designed in such a manner that the students receive continues self assessment along with regular feedback about their progress.
Regular tests, assignments and seminars are being arranged to increase the knowledge of the students.

24- Hours study rooms are provided to the students for individual study.
Various technical visits are arranged in different aero industries to increase students’ practical knowledge.
HOSTEL & MESS
Institute provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls with mess facility. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and provided with fans, tube lights and required furniture,. Each student is given a cot, chair, tale and lock. The hostel has facility for incoming calls. Hostel accommodation is provided on the basis of “first come first serve”. In case hostel accommodation is full, the institute shall provide assistance in getting accommodation in other hostel manned by others.
